| Day 3 | Cooking demonstration and lunch followed by a wine and cheese tasting. | |
| Day 4 | Day at leisure in Biarritz for shopping, golfing or fishing. Famous casino. Dinner at a restaurant in the countryside. | |

| Day 5 | Transfer to San Sebastian for five nights. Along the way, stop in Hondarribia to visit the historic town center. Afternoon walking tour of the old quarter of San Sebastian. Dinner at a cider house. | |
| Day 6 | Visit Ordizia for market day - cheeses, wines and beautiful produce. | |

| Day 7 | Cooking demonstration and tasting at famous Luis Irizar cooking school. | |
| Day 8 | Multi-course lunch at famed restaurant Arzak. | |
| Day 9 | Drive to Bilbao for guided tour of the Guggenheim museum. Picnic in the park. Farewell dinner. | |
| Day 10 | Early transfer to Bilbao airport. |
