Chateau Proposed Itinerary for
Basque Spain and France














Day 1 Depart for France.
Day 2 Connect to Biarritz. Transfer to quaint chateau inn near the town for three nights. Dinner at a seafood restaurant on the coast.
Day 3 Cooking demonstration and lunch followed by a wine and cheese tasting.
Day 4 Day at leisure in Biarritz for shopping, golfing or fishing. Famous casino. Dinner at a restaurant in the countryside.
Chateau
Day 5 Transfer to San Sebastian for five nights. Along the way, stop in Hondarribia to visit the historic town center. Afternoon walking tour of the old quarter of San Sebastian. Dinner at a cider house.
Day 6 Visit Ordizia for market day - cheeses, wines and beautiful produce.
Basque
Day 7 Cooking demonstration and tasting at famous Luis Irizar cooking school.
Day 8 Multi-course lunch at famed restaurant Arzak.
Day 9 Drive to Bilbao for guided tour of the Guggenheim museum. Picnic in the park. Farewell dinner.
Day 10 Early transfer to Bilbao airport.

All prices based on double occupancy. All trips fully escorted. $600 deposit due with reservation; full payment due 90 days prior to departure. Deposit is non-refundable unless reserved spaces are filled. Cancellation insurance available.
